Completely remove ALL the effects of Original Sin?

I’ve been discussing with someone on the topic of original sin and they are asking if it’s possible to completely and utterly remove the effects of Original Sin (including temporal, like concupiscence and such) due to such a level of sanctity and intimacy with Christ.
I’m not sure if it’s been asked anywhere before, but he believes so, but is willing to change his position if it turns out to be heresy or something.

Our only example of this is the mother whom Jesus created for Himself. For the rest of us, we must struggle against concupiscence.

Yes I understand but I’m wondering if that level of sanctity besides the Blessed Virgin Mother is possible?
