Compline and all-nighters

If you do not plan on getting sleep in a particular night, at what point should you pray the Night Office of the Liturgy of the Hours. I typically pray Compline right before I go to bed.

To my knowledge there isn’t a rule about this. If it were me, I would pray Compline at 8pm assuming that I had already prayed Vespers.

As an individual (not a member of a monastery or seminary etc.) you can set your own schedule for night prayer. For all the Hours, the times are approximate. Just keep all the Hours in proper order.
