Computer disconnection

I am putting this into Spirituality especially for the sake of those threads that I post on a daily basis.

• Daily Prayer and Liturgy thread
• Daily Meditation thread

Over the next seven days, commencing Wednesday 4th. June (Australian Time) the interior of Bethany will be painted by our government authority. I rent Bethany from the government housing authority here. This will mean that the computer will be disconnected at times and I cannot predict at this point exactly when or for how long. Nor can I predict that having disconnected the computer, I can reconnect it myself without problems and may need to wait until someone can sort the computer and me out re reconnection. This may mean that the threads I update daily will not be updated daily at least in potential. I am hoping though that this may not prove necessary. Also any posts that may ask a response from me might not be answered until things are operational again.

There has been a problem and painting apparently is two weeks or so down the line, hard to predict. I will advise this thread when it looks as if this computer is actually going to be disconnected.

A thought, on re-connecting the various pieces of hardware to the tower,
when the painting is complete: *
I’d probably throw my back out, reaching out from the ladder. My painting days *are over, too.]
But I can still make a diagram! - which, blessedly, can be done, while safely seated.

-If you make a diagram - of the back of the computer tower - and color-code, on the diagram,
which device is hooked up there
-then keep the given cable with that piece of hardware…

Finally, painting here commenced yesterday and I type amidst a mass of boxes and shifted furniture. My computer will probably be switched off sometime today or tonight and not be reconnected until next Tuesday or so…all South Australian time. Hence there will be no Daily Meditation threads over that period and I think probably the Daily Prayer and Liturgy thread may fall behind also, although I am going to try and avoid this latter.
