why patriaches Maronite and other patriaches attended the conclave being given they are not in communion with the Roman Catholic Church ???

They are in FULL COMMUNION with the Holy Roman Church. They are the Eastern Rite Catholics and even one of them has become Pope (Pope Gregory III). Proof: newadvent.org/cathen/05230a.htm

Maronites are Catholics.

Perhaps you are confusing Eastern Rite Catholics with the Orthodox-- who are not in communion with the Catholic Church and were not at the conclave.
