Is the Concordat of 1953 with Spain still in force? I was not able to find any such revocation as was the padraodo arrangement with Portugal (1981?).
Is there any such old treaties with any other country still in force, where secular leaders have the authority to name bishops? Or did they all lapse with the fall of the French monarchy and the Austrian emppire?
