If you are married, you may certainly not use such a device - see Humanae Vitae.
If you are not married, the Church is theoretically silent; but you should not in that case be having sex outside of marriage anyway. Or as an Opus Dei priest puts it, “The Church has no position on the efficient means to commit a sin.”
