Confessing, but forgetting to confess taking Body and Blood in mortal sin

hello,
this week i have been thinking about confession and my bad sins i have committed. today i went to confession, confessed my mortal sins. i then remember after i did my penance, that i forgot to say some. one being taking Communion in state of mortal sin. i am planning to go to mass tomorrow since it is sunday. can i recieve the Body and Blood even though i didnt confess some things that i didnt remeber? please help 🙂

If you forgot one, yet received absolution, then you should mention it at the next confession.
 
It really helps to make a daily examination of conscience and make that examen a part of your routine, such that over a period of time, you don’t have these lapses very often or at all.
