Confessing NUMBER in confession

For example I committed masturbation and I remember I did it 8 times since my last confession then because of shame or I don’t want to say “8 times” can I just approximate it like: “I did it many times since my last confession”, “I did it twice a day out of addiction.”
 
I can’t remember anything. I don’t even remember to write my sins down half the time. Thus, I always confess by saying “few”, “several”, “many”, etc. this way I’m confessing the number as I remember.

The only downside of this is it can lead to the Sin of Presumption, where you, having already committed one sin very many times, become lazy and stop caring about that sin. This is a VERY VERY BAD habit of mine.
 
If I remembered the exact number I would say the exact number. Approximating is for when you really don’t know.
