Can you go to confession immediately after baptism? I was baptized 5 years ago, but have never had confirmation or first communion. So do I need that first, or could I walk in and have confession?
Yes, and you should go to confession before you are confirmed or receive communion in that case…BUT, the real question is, how was it that you were baptized 5 years ago but not confirmed / communed? That seems highly irregular…and something to discuss with a priest ASAP.

Aside from something going extraordinarily wrong I’m guessing that the most likely explanation for you having been baptised without receiving any other sacraments is that you weren’t baptised into the Catholic faith.
