Hello. I have been thinking, and I have come up with some really intriguing thought, maily about confessions and doctrines?

First off, how does man have the authority to declare doctrines for the church? I would like some explicit proof that man has the authority to simply declare doctrines of salvations. I have though about this for weeks, months even, and have not thought of an answer. Every organization of man, even the Holy Church, and I believe that it is very corrupt for the Vatican to be able to simply declare laws of how to get to heaven.

Second off, I would like some explicit proof of why confession is necessary. Why can’t Jesus just forgive my sins directly? If I truly repent the sin, and correct its damage, why should I tell the clergy? I simply do not understand this at all.

Thanks!

Well, you came to the right place. 👍
The explicit proof is in St. Matthew’s gospel, chapter 16, verse 19: “Whatsoever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven; and whatsoever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.” Heaven cannot lie. Heaven ratifies whatever that man declared bound. Therefore, whatever that man bound was true. That equals infallibility on doctrines.

There are other passages too. Jesus declared in Matthew 18:17, “If any man does not listen to the Church, let him be to thee as the heathen and the tax collector.” But the heathens had false faith, and the tax-collectors had false morals. Therefore, it is necessary to listen to the Church, especially in matters of faith (doctrine) or morals (conduct).

Also, although I have given you explicit proof from the New Testament, I should not have to, since a thing can be true without being in the Bible. There are also proofs in Sacred Tradition, which is equally the Word of God with Scripture, and there is proof from reason that the Church is infallible, and that must include her leader the pope too.
Second off, I would like some explicit proof of why confession is necessary. Why can’t Jesus just forgive my sins directly? If I truly repent the sin, and correct its damage, why should I tell the clergy? I simply do not understand this at all.
John 20:22-23 - Jesus said to them, “Receive the Holy Spirit. If you forgive the sins of any, they are forgiven; if you retain the sins of any, they are retained.”

You can’t omit going to the priests for forgiveness of mortal sin for the simple reason that you would be disobeying Jesus. Even if you sincerely repent and correct the sin, you still need to obey Jesus. He says the priests are the instruments for forgiveness of sin. Don’t reject what God put together.

Wow, that is good proof! Thanks!
Why can’t all the people that claim to be Christian but despise catholicism just see this as proof as well? Thanks again!

If by “men” you mean: our Pope an Bishops; the reason is biblical:

Matt.16: 15 to 19 "He Jesus] said to them, “But who do you say that I am?” Simon Peter replied, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.” And Jesus answered him “Blessed are you, Simon Bar-Jona! **For flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but my Father who is in heaven. **[18] And I tell you, you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church,[SINGULAR] and the powers of death shall not prevail against it. I [Jesus] will give you [Peter and future Ppes] the keys of the kingdom of heaven, [ALL ACCESS TO HEAVEN!] **and whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.” **

"The terms Bind a loose mean specifically an precisely: “total authority to Govern my Church.” [PM me for more info.]

John 10:16 And I have other sheep, that are not of this fold; I must bring them also, and they will heed my voice. So there shall be one flock, one shepherd.

Acts.20:28 “Take heed to yourselves and to all the flock, in which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to care for the church [SINGULAR] of God which he obtained with the blood of his own Son. “

Eph. 4: 4 -8“There is one body [Only One Church] and one Spirit, Only One set of beliefs] just as you were called to the one hope that belongs to your call, one Lord, [Only One God] ONLY one faith, Only One set of doctrine and dogma] one baptism, By water in the Trinity] one God and Father of us all, who is above all and through all and in all. But grace was given to each of us according to the measure of Christ’s gift. "

LOGIC: 1. Matt. 28: 19-20 [Jesus speaking to Petr and Apostles]… “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, to the close of the age.” LOGIC 2It would be impossible to do this without complete contoal and Governance of Christ Church. **LOGIG 3. *****These passages provide further evidence of this Power by the Pope and Magisterium: *** John 14:16-17 “[16] And I [Jesus] will pray the Father, and he will give you [Peter; Apostles and CC] another Counselor,[the Holy Spirit] **to be with you for ever, **even the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees him nor knows him; you know him, for he dwells with you, and will be in you”

John 17:15-19 "I [Jesus] do not pray that thou shouldst take them out of the world, but **that thou shouldst keep them from the evil one. ** **Sanctify them in the truth; thy word is truth. **[18] As thou didst send me into the world, so I have sent them into the world. **And for their sake I [Jesus] consecrate myself, that they also may be consecrated in truth. **… ONLY the CC has Christ and the Holy Spirit to guarentee he TRUTH [impossible of human error] on ALL, Every, Official Teaching on ALL Faith and Moral Issues. God say’s so!

As for Confession: READ CAREFULLY:
** 1John.1 Verses 8 to 10:** "If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just, and will forgive our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us."

** 1John.5 Verses 16 to 17**"If any one sees his brother committing what is not a mortal sin, he will ask, and God will give him life for those whose sin is not mortal. ** There is sin which is mortal**; I do not say that one is to pray for that. All wrongdoing is sin, ** but there is sin which is not mortal. **

** John.20 Verses 20 to 23**]" When he had said this, he showed them his hands and his side. Then the disciples were glad when they saw the Lord. ** Jesus said to them ** again, “Peace be with you. ** As the Father has sent me, even so I send you.” ** And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and said to them, “Receive the Holy Spirit. If you forgive the sins of any, they are forgiven; if you retain the sins of any, they are retained.”

God Bless,

Pat
