Confession and examining consience

Im having trouble

When examining my consience i am very Lazy, i mess up a ton of times and have a bunch of things to discern wether it was Mortal sin or not, but sometimes i get so lazy i put it off and i end up skipping daily exminations of conscience because i have to discern those instances and because of putting it off for so long i forget my sins and i end up commiting the sin of willful ignorance, then when i get to confession i feel bad and try to remember all my sins, any advise what exacly i could do when i have too many things to discern, I know a Mortal sin needs 3 things to be Mortal sin,
Gravity of sin
full knowledge
full consent

but still i have trouble and like i said im lazy, now im having trouble discerning all this stuff. any advise?

If you forget that easily, why not write down your sins daily; although this is not approved by the church because one, then becomes scrupulous,

When Christ;s faithful strive to confess all the sins that they can remember, they place all of them before the divine mercy for pardon.

You can simply say after mentioning your sins, “For these sins and all the sins of my life, I ask forgiveness,” By using all the sins of my life, it will take care of those you forgot.

Pleased do not write them on paper because it will make you become scrupulous.

In fact it is not good to use an examination of conscience if it is taxing for you.

WHen you go to confession, just tell the priest what you remember and the other sins will be forgiven.

First if you are scrupulous go to an orthodox confessor and tell him that you are scrupulous. He can help you only if you do exactly as he says and don’t question him. You won’t be cured of this unless you are obedient to your confessor. I know this works because I went through this too. You will be tempted to question his advice but don’t just do it!

Now about the laziness I get that way too sometimes. The cure for our laziness is to make a plan to have a daily schedule of prayer, examination of conscience, conversations with God throughout the day, Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, spiritual readings, and or reading the Divine Office. If you don’t have time for all of these then just make a plan that you will be able to keep up.
