Introduction of the Devout Life. St. Francis DeSales explains how to do a phenomenal examination. I urge all to get all of it on the table. Then you will not ‘wonder’ or ‘oops’ forgot that one. It can be uncomfortable, but your clean sould will feel comforting.

DON’T BE AFRAID! i had to confess sexual things too, and trust me, preiests have heard it all. i wasn’t specific, and i did closed curtain. it wasn’t horrible, adn i felt much better afterwords. just say ‘i have been sexually innappropriate’ or something like that. i feel your pain. god bless.
