Confession... Help?

Hey guys,
Today I confessed writing certain heretical things. I said they never escaped from my iPod. At the time, I had forgotten that I had written some things on paper as well, so my question is this: Do I need to confess writing them on paper at my next confession?

Best advice, if it concerns you to the point you are worrying and needing to ask for further help, speak with you confessor. Which I understand can be difficult if for you its also 12 in the morning 😛

Why not just bring it up in your next confession, in any case. Whether you need to or no. You’re confessor will be better able to help you further in such instances I believe. At least, that’s my humble opinion. If I am not sure about something, I confess it and then discuss it.😊
 
If you honestly forgot then the confession is still valid and the sin is forgiven anyway, but if you can remember to you should try to bring it up in your next confession.
