Yes. Catholics can receive the Sacraments, including Confession, from ministers in any Catholic rite.

We are Catholic *Churches * with various liturgical rites. A Catholic of any Catholic Church can receive the Holy Mystery/Sacrament of Penance/Confession in any Catholic Church.

Yes. Catholics can receive the Sacraments, including Confession, from ministers in any Catholic rite.

This is true for Eucharist & Confession, but it is a little more complicated for the other Sacraments.
