Confession question

Hi there, when I was in confession I had the Act of Contrition on my iPhone. While I was in the middle of saying it, a text flashed on my phone real quick. I didn’t read it, but it kind of distracted me and threw off my thoughts. I got stuck near the end of the prayer and the priest had to help me through the rest. Throughout the penance I had lots of anxiety and my racing scrupulous thoughts kicked in. Was the absolution valid if I may have been a little distracted?

The validity of absolution has nothing to do with whether you are distracted or not,

Thank you. I do take medication for OCD and my scrupulosity is actually very much under control compared to several years ago. Thank you for your concern and God bless.
