There is no given time between confessions. You can go weekly if you feel the need, but this is really something you should discuss with your confessor.

Not that I’m aware of, though it could have psychological benefits.

Go to Confession as often as you need to. Sometimes I go weekly if not more.

Face to face Confession or anonymous Confession effect the same thing provided it is a Good Sacramental Confession, Absolution and Reconcililation with God and the Church.

No you do not have to redo your last Confession. If you do not feel at peace, just mention at your Next Confession that you forgot to list the number of times and do what the priest says, for it is Jesus guiding you through the priest, for he, the priest, stands In Persona Christi.

You only need to state how many times a sin was committed if they were mortal sins. If you confessed mortal sin(s) without stating the number of times, the priest would usually ask questions regarding the number of times.

I know of no limit on how often one may go to confession, though I have heard of confessors putting a limit on one they thought was overly scrupulous.

I find it difficult to work up a real sense of repentance once a month. I suspect that if I went to confession more often it would quickly degenerate into a check-the-box exercise. That is, I would go through the motions out of habit, and not put a real effort into the repentance.
