I usually don’t post a lot on CAF b/c a lot of what I have questions about, so many of my bros and sis’s in Christ have the same struggles and my questions have been answered. Well, like many of you I’ve been struggling w/ Sacramental Confession and have come across a good book (not The Good Book) but one that has helped me out A LOT so I thought I’d share.

- If you have any question about the Church’s teaching on confession and why preists are necessary, check out the catechisim or check out the other posts, I have no doubt that priests are more than necessary both from what I"ve read and experienced. some of the most transformational times in my life w/ Christ have come when receiving confession and eucharist close tog. It is TRULY powerful Stuff!
- Check out the book HOW TO MAKE A GOOD CONFESSION: A Pocket guide to reconciliation with God. by John A. Kane. I picked it up at Notre Dame’s Bookstore this summer and it has some great soul searching questions and acts of contritions in the back (my latest, and eternally human struggle, the examination of conscience).
- Pray for faith, God will grant it!
- GOD BLESS YOU ALL!
