CONFESSION while the Priest interrupt

A scenario :

This guy went to the church earlier to confess his repeated sin, (his last confession was 1 week ago) of having a Sex with his Girlfriend and Masturbation while Watching Porn…

He is inside the Reconciliation Room,
He said the proper words but when he said his Sin to a priest like this:

My sins are: Father, I have Sexual Intercourse with my Girlfriend… (and then the priest interrupt the guy while he is saying his all of his sins and then the priest gave him a Unforgettable Sermon, but he this guys just say only 1 mortal sin and that is Sex, he didnt say the last 2 mortal sin that he wants to say because the priest interrupted while he is saying his sins) until the priest give penance and he continue to pray and then out of the reconciliation room without saying his last 2 mortal sin (he didnt want that to happen, all he want is to confess his all mortal sin)

My question is…
Does the confession is valid?
-he just say 1 mortal sin out of 3 due to the priest interrupt him

Is he okay/valid to take holy communion?

then the priest gave him a Unforgettable Sermon

in the confessional.
