Do you have to confess the sins you’re not sure you committed? Thanks! God bless you! 🙂
 
No. The sins that are required to be confessed are those that are mortal sins, which involve:
grave matter
full knowledge
deliberate consent.

If you are not sure you committed a sin, then full knowledge is not present.

Having said that, however, you may want to discuss the matter with your priest so that you can receive spiritual direction about your situation.
 
Although theoretically only mortal sins need to be confessed, the Church encourages us to confess venial sins and imperfections. If there is something you feel unsettling in your conscience, bring it up in the confession and the priest will tell you if it is a sin or not.🙂
