Hello everyone.I wanted to ask if you go for confession & then you forget to mention other sins/sin only to realize after you’re done-can/does it count as confession?

Yes, your absolution is valid. If you have forgotten mortal sins (venial sins won’t count here) then you are obliged to mention them in your next regular confession, but you are not required to make a special trip.
