From the Catholic Encyclopedia for Home and School, Vol, 3 pg 123 it is stated:
“If a penitent genuinely forgets to mention a mortal sin, it is still forgiven by the sacrament. If it is remembered later, however, it should be confessed at the next opportunity by saying, “In my last confession I forgot to mention…” One may continue to receive Holy Communion during this interval.”
Again, please note that the word is should, not **must be **confessed.

The operative words from Henry V are “forgot to mention” and “obliged to confess them the next time”. Nor is it clear whether the matter is of mortal or venial sin although venial sins do not have to be confessed.Yes.
