Confessions for priests?

I was just wondering about priests that live in small communities where they are the only priest for miles around as where I live. Since they consecrate the host and then partake in receiving the Eucharist each mass what do they do if they need to make a confession themselves before they have Mass as do those that aren’t priests, or do they have some sort of “exemption” until they can go to another priest for confession??

If there are no other priests around, they can make an act of perfect contrition and must make a confession at the next possible opportunity.
