When I sponsored a person I would order a nice rosary from the Vatican Gift Shop and ask that it blessed by Pope Francis. I’ve been to the shop and I know they have beautiful quality gifts so I’m not concerned about getting a cheap rosary. They also have the items blessed after purchase so they are not selling blessed items. The shipping is generally quick, of course now during the pandemic I don’t know, how it is coming from Italy.
