I had never heard of this before. When my 2ed boy was in the 3rd grade they wrote their names on one side of a card and on the other they were to write their Confirmation name. Well, my son Gregory wrote two Confirmation names…Peter and Paul. No one knew it!!
He got up to the Bishop and gave him the card. The Bishop stopped and pulled Greg in close, 20 seconds went by, and then the Bishop sent him on his way.
The Nun got Greg at the end and led him off. She didn’t know Greg had written two names. But he is Gregory Vincent Peter Paul ______. So this Bishop didnt want to , but he did.
