Yes, I remember setting it up for twins who were being confirmed and wanted the same sponsor .
Also, had one case where I prepared an adult for Confirmation. As soon as she was confirmed she circled back and came up as sponsor for a teenager.
When I was confirmed, in the 40’s, we only had two sponsors, one for the girls and one for the boys. I was fortunate in that my grandfather was selected to sponsor the boys.
