Confirmation

What advice or pointers would you give to someone who is going to be confirmed? What would you tell them to do? I got great advice, but I would like to hear from the realy strong Catholics from other parts of the country/world.

realize that Confirmation is not “graduation” from study of doctrine and scripture. Your preparation was kindergarten of our lifelong learning and spiritual development. You are receiving the awesome magnificent gifts of the Holy Spirit, use them, pray for them, put them to work, expect them, anticipate them, depend on them.

However in most parishes, educational programs do in fact end with Confirmation.
