I have a question; what is Confirmation? I mean I have recieved it, and I know that it has something to do with the holy spirit, yet I am still a little fuzzy on exactly what it means…

Confirmation strengthens us through the power of the Holy Spirit to go out and spread our Faith as strong and perfect Christians and soldiers of Jesus Christ. It is one of the sacraments of initiation. It gives to us full initiation into Christ’s Church and makes us full members. Baptism also is a sacrament of initiation. Confirmation gives us the fullness of the Holy Spirit and all His gifts such as wisdom, knowledge, piety, good counsel, fortitude, fear of the Lord, and perseverance. The Bishop is the usual minister of this sacrament. Read more in the Catholic Catechism on Confirmation.

Allow me to add a little more:
Here is some scripture that may help you to understand.
Acts 8:14-17
9:17-19
10:5
19:5
Titus 3:4-8

Confirmation completes the grace you recieved at Baptism and Eucharist, by the outpouring of the gifts of the holy spirit which seal (confirm) you in union with Christ. This equips you for active participation in worship and in the “life” of the Church. By being confirmed you are more perfectly bound to the Church and you are more obliged to spread and defend the faith.
