I could totally relate to your story, because the same things happened to me 5 years ago when I was confirmed and brought into the fullness of the faith after leaving evangelical christianity.
** (I remembered to say “Amen” though 😉 ). **
**My only advice to you about your friends is a quote from Mother Angelica… “Some people you can’t talk to Jesus about… Some people you just have to BE Jesus to” **
Be Salt and Light. Let your light so shine before men that they will see your good works and glorify God in Heaven.
