If you have a local parish, I would contact the Priest and possibly the director of faith formation.

You post is confusing.

But if you are asking if condoms are immoral, the answer is yes. All contraception, including condoms, violate the sixth commandment and are gravely wrong.

Sex outside of marriage is also against the sixth commandment. Inside marriage, we abstain when necessary.

As I understand it, males engaging in sexual relations with each other is, by definition and intent, a sterile relationship. Condom use does not prevent contraception, and is therefore not a moral evil in that limited sense. But the elephant in the room is that the two males are already committing a mortal sin in the first place. If the condom promotes or assists in committing a mortal sin, it is not morally neutral.

Why in the world would the church ok something that is faulty!? If I told you hey this person has aids but here’s a condom don’t worry, you would be a fool to use it.

“… when being chaste would save them.”

People who avoid sexual intercourse when single, and stay loyal to their spouse once married, do not contract STDs (unless their spouse betrays their vows and introduces a disease into their marriage; but either way, it’s a failure of chastity either inside/outside marriage that causes the problem, fundamentally).

Unchastity is at the root of the spread of diseases that are sexually transmitted. Practicing chastity prevents the spread of these diseases.

Trying to practice unchastity but frantically ward off the likely consequences with a piece of plastic, is playing with fire.

Perhaps because google has become a dystopian mockery of an informational search tool, but I can’t find a study I used to bring up: prominent (non-Catholic) scientists admitted though that the then-pope was right about public encouragement of chastity (faithful sexual union reserved for within marriage) being much more important than contraception for stopping disease spread.

Condoms may not be used for birth control or to prevent disease.
The only permissible use of a condom is to collect semen from the husband during intercourse for the purpose of submitting it for medical test for sperm count. However, such a condom must be perforated so that the act is still open to lief.
