I don’t know about the other things but from the front part of my New Chronological Study Bible (its the NKJV translation) that my husband got for me Wednesday. It seems that this NKJV is more then just the KJV with updates to the language It talks about the translators using different manuscripts including the dead sea scrolls in some places. (I always thought the KJV & the NKJV were this same but after reading this I’m not so sure. This Bible was published this year so maybe they changed it? The Bible my husband got me is really nice the notes in it are historical type stuff. It gives a lot of history about how people lived in Bible times their customs,religions & cultural back grounds. I really love this wish they made a Catholic Chronological Study Bible But till they do I have this one.
