Congregation of the Sisters of Our Lady of Mercy, info?

I’ve been trying to find some good information on this religious congregation. For those who may not know this already, this is the community that St. Faustina belonged to.
I have a deep devotion to the Devine Mercy, so this Congregation has always interested me (I have a vocation). I just can never seem to find any good info on it, and whenever I’ve tried contacting the Congregation for more info I’ve never received a reply back. So I’m hoping that someone on this site knows more about the congregation than the website provides.
My main question: It this a Cloistered or Active order?

They are an apostolic congregation. I’ll teach you a little trick. If a community of women has the word congregation, society or institute, it’s alwasy active. Women’s orders are always enclosed. I am unsure what kind of ministry they do. They underwent a reform as a result of Sister Faustina’s mystical experiences.

By the way, the same trick does not work for communities of males. Orders of males are either monks or friars. Congregations are always apostolic. Friars blend the monastic practices with external ministry.

…the name of the institute* in quotes*–and you’ll get a lot of hits with the name of the institute in it.

It is true that there doesn’t seem to be a lot of info on activities in the US–but they appear to engage mainly in parish ministry. They also have an email newletter that you can sign up for.
