IF reproductive health includes abortion, there are two possibilities:

1. Yeah, that the congresswoman is “confused”, which is a nice way of saying full of BS.
2. That she is simply pandering to her base and values her office above any moral principles.

Amazing that anyone runs “if you’re pro-life then you must support abortion” up the flagpole.
