I watched this video and wondered how the Church would treat marriage, sex, confession, and other aspects of Catholic Christian with them. Those and so many other questions come to mind. What if they were boys and one wanted to be a priest and the other wanted to be a Muslim.
As I understand it, Canon law disallows ordination of men having visible body deformations. As this would easily include instances of Siamese twins, there would be no question of one being a priest (whatever the other did).

STs have entered into marriages (with separate spouses obviously) in the past, so presumably the Church would allow it.

Something tells me that since these cases are so rare I imagine they are handled on a case by case basis.
