Considering the fact that people of faith are increasingly persecuted here in the United States with one example being the HHS Contraceptive Mandate, do you feel that we should enact conscience protection laws? If so, what would be the details of these laws?

We already have one, it is the first amendment, our government is just not following it. Why would more laws that are subordinate to the Constitution change that?
