There is an '01 Deville DHS (the absolute top of the Cadillac luxury line that year) siting in my driveway right ow waiting for the scrapper 😦 My daughter wanted it and found an Eldorado Touring Coupe (what I really wanted!) so that she could by the DHS from me–and then heat-killed it. For crying out loud, tell Daddy the first time the heat warning comes up, or the temp gauge leaves straight out. We’re talking about the Northstar engine, which is specced to go 50 miles in the desert with no coolant. She’s the only case I’ve ever heard of heat-killing a northstar without head gasket failure. And the car just isn’t worth both an expensive paint job (the bottom layer of the tricot, Crimson Pearl, is oxidized) and engine work. * sniff *

[And she killed the beater, also a Cadillac, we found for her the same way–she killed two caddies in one year!!!]

hawk, who used to parallel park a '72 Impala 400 into a space just a foot longer than it in a single pass . . .

Canon law also says that if you see a situation demanding justice, and you have to associate to address the issue, just do it.

Canon law also says that every person is a charism – a gift to the world.
Kindly quote those canons to me. I am unaware of them…

The second quote may have actually been the catechism. The first one, as well. I have to recheck my founders’ resources before saying, though. I have works by Fr. Gambari on establishing new religious communities.

I have those sources, too, but very little of what you write frankly makes a lot of sense to me. But enough.
