Anyone with a properly constituted chapel and/or oratory might have a tabernacle present.
Members of certain orders, dedicated to daily adoration.
Members hosting remote missions. (Usually also accompanied by permission to set up a chapel.)
Members hosting underground parishes in their homes in places of persecution. (Explicitly includes permission to set up a chapel if it’s a parish.)
Deacons or Instituted Acolytes who live in remote areas from the parish, and have to provide the eucharist further out still to homebound, especially if the drive is multiple hours each way, may be permitted to carry a pyx to their home, for use the next day in their assigned ministry.
For the duration of a mass said in a home, any home with good reason for the mass to be said there and a valid priest to say said mass.
Persons in isolated places of employment for extended times, with permission of the bishop, may be permitted a small supply of the Eucharist. Not very common anymore. May become more common if manned spaceflight becomes affordable.
