Can a priest on his own accord fold his first two fingers together after the consecration in respect to the Real Presence in the OF?

Can he add also an extra genuflection immediately before he raises up the host and chalice at the Consecration as well as the required one at the end?

It is so that the particles of the host do not fall to the ground off his fingers… Before the liturgical revisions of VII, it was required, now, it’s optional.

I still do not understand your designated question; I never saw a priest using two fingers.

He has to do the standards of the Liturgy to make it VALID and ILLICIT.

Why would he want to calculate an extra genuflection. After the words of Consecration he can genuflect because He is truly present in the form of Bread and Wine; prior to the Consecration, there is no need for genuflection because the Consecration has not taken place . Some priests will.bow after the Consecration.

Maybe he lost his place when somebody walked into church at the consecration. Priests are not supposed to get distracted. They are supposed to be perfect didn’t you know that?

I believe the OP was talking about an “extra” genuflection after the consecration, before the elevation. This is the practice in the EF.

I’m was an alter boy just after Vatican II, and many of the pre-Vatican II priest still did this. The younger priests didn’t which is why you don’t see that today. I didn’t understand it at the time, but it’s little things like that which make one more conscience of the real presence of our Lord. Overall, I think people are a little too casual towards the Blessed Sacrament. So many people forget to genuflect when passing in front of the tabernacle.

Actually, it was stopped because it was removed form the rubrics.
