Consecration question

What is the nature of the elements of Holy Communion during (for lack of a better description) mid-Consecration. Father calls down the Holy Spirit upon the bread and then pauses/reverences prior to calling down the Spirit upon the wine. If he were to, say, suffer a fatal heart attack during that pause, are the gifts on the altar, in fact, consecrated matter? Just the bread? Neither the bread nor the wine?

When the priest, holding the bread, says the words, “This is my body,” the bread which he intended to consecrate becomes the body, blood, soul and divinity of Christ. For the moment, the wine is still just wine. When the priest holds up the chalice containing wine and says, “This is my blood,” the wine he intended to consecrate becomes the body, blood, soul and divinity of Christ.
Should something happen to the priest after the consecration of the bread, but before the consecration of the wine such that he cannot continue, another priest must be called to complete the Mass.
