Consecration to Mary

Has anyone made the consecration to Mary? I’ve tried to do this a couple of times, and I can’t seem to be able to do it. It doesn’t seem right to me. I love Mary, and pray the rosary, daily, but I can’t seem to be able to say the consecration prayer. Whenever I think I will do it, I can’t. It seems to me like only something I should only consecrate myself to Jesus. I know that I am not required to do it, but I’d like to know, who has done this and how did it change your life?
 
I made the consecration to Mary this year. What helped me is I did it with a group of people as a bona fide study group at a local parish using the book “33 Days to Morning Glory” as the preparation guide (if you google it you can find it online for purchase). I found doing this as a group helped hear different perspectives and everyone had different questions about exactly how consecration would impact their spiritual life.

I would highly recommend getting the book and more importantly finding a group at a parish near you and join in the journey together. The group dynamics were very powerful and really made you think about what it means to consecrate yourself to Mary.
 
I have said the pray,Consecrating myself too Mary that was sent too me by America Needs Fatima,I dated and sign the part they want me to sent them, too show that I truly love Mary,and I,am devoted too her,love.
Their is also a pray that you can say Consecrating yourself too Jesus also,it is in my pray book of prays I say.
