Please pray for me. My Pastor has asked me to consider attending a local Catholic College that offers a certificate program for people interested in religious education lay ministry. I have been praying and hope that I will be able to discern God’s will.

A word of encouragement as well. My husband and I are in the last year of a 4-year Lay Pastoral Ministry Institute program. It has been the most rewarding experience that we have had. It has so stimulated our thinking that we plan on going to yet another 3-year program as soon as this is over. Our LPMI experience has exposed us to an adult perspective on our Catholic faith and traditions, and has changed our outlook significantly.

So, listen to the Spirit and let Him guide you in this important decision.
