Hi Wesley!!!

I think there is generally a lot of discussion about RCIA on the Evangelization forum at: forums.catholic-questions.org/forumdisplay.php?f=100 (I see a couple of discussions there already).

The recent convert group will also have people who went through RCIA!!! (I went through RCIA when I converted eleven years ago).

So, yes, I know of many that have finished and completed the RCIA program!!! :yyeess:

I went through RCIA 4 years ago - the classes are traditionally broken down into three segments - the first segment is open to all who want to learn about the Catholic Church and our faith. You should be invited to an interview prior so that the instructor understands what you personally want to get out of the class. Moving into the 2nd segment they want to make sure that this is for those who want to continue along their conversion into the Church.

I was fortunate to be able to attend a great RCIA class - but it is also important to get a sponsor that can help you with any questions you may - I assume that through these boards we as a group can answer any questions that may come up.

RCIA is generally discussed in the Evangelization forum. If you search you’ll find lots of people going through RCIA and several RCIA directors and catechists who can answer your questions.

Do I know of people who have gone through RCIA? Yup. I saw them baptized at the Easter Vigil and it was wonderful!
