Considering Switching to a Catholic Therapist

Hi everyone. I am considering switching to a Catholic therapist from my current secular one. The thing is, this Catholic therapist, which I have seen once before, does not believe that borderline personality disorder exists. I was wanting to know if you all could help me with some more information on that. Thanks!
 
Well, you can point out to this therapist that the DSM-IV, which therapists use for diagnosing mental problems believes in Borderline Personality Disorder, as well as about 10 other Personality Disorders. Is there some other Catholic therapist you can see? How about Catholic Charities in your area?
