I don’t think you get it…
The purpose of this thread is to laugh off farfetched conspiracy theories.
No one actually believes any of these.

There’s lots of conspiracy theories about the Jesuits, including one that they masterminded the sinking of the Titanic.
If the Jesuit’s had been involved with the Titanic, not only would it not have sunk, but the entire crew and passengers would have been Catholic when they arrived . . .

‘The Knights of Columbus are a secret Papist militia that will help the Pope take over the US.’
Wait a minute, we’re not?

And here I was, about to head off to my Roundtable meeting . . .
Sure the KofC is secretly the Knights Templar is disquise. 😃
Shhh!

That one is true. We use the Masons to deflect attention on the subject.

We’ll have to take up some of these topics at our parish’s next meeting where we plot to create a global new world order government.

“The Catholic Church edited out reincarnation from the Bible”
Did you know if you just make up stuff about history on the internet, people believe it?!

Only if they want to believe it or maybe they are just that clueless.

The Vatican has a computer database in which they store the names of every single Protestant so that the anti-Christ can kill them when he is summoned by the Pope.
This is the only one in the thread so far that I’ve heard of.

Wait, people actually think that?

That’s ridiculous. They’d at least keep the Orthodox and Coptic Christians in there too!

I got confirmed three weeks ago. If the conspiracy theories are all nonsense, explain this chip at the base of my skull.

I don’t think so. The Church doesn’t even have a centralized listing of its own members. People needing records sometimes have a hard time of it.

Embarking on gathering information about diverse groups of Protestants, which keep different kinds of records in different languages- I don’t think its a viable idea, Mr. Chick has been misinformed
