Constantine's Tomb?

I heard that the room containing Constantine’s Tomb was destroyed when the Moslems conquered Constantinople, but the tomb itself might still be around somewhere. Does anyone know anything about this?

Yes the church of the holy apostles was destroyed when the Turks invaded constantinople. As far as I know the tomb of constantine and the tombs of the other emperors buried there were destroyed and lost.
