I heard that each church needs to finish all the remaining blessed communion before Easter. And after Easter the church gets a new communion? Is this true? Does the priest has to consume the remaining communion before Easter?

Yes. Generally, they will just not consecrate as many hosts on Holy (Maundy) Thursday, and then consume whatever remain. If there are a lot, he will generally depute one or a few people to help him to consume them-- rather, Him.

No. This is not all correct.

What does happen is that, at the Mass of the Lord’s Supper on Holy Thursday will consecrate a sufficient quantity of the Eucharist to assured Communion for the Liturgical Service on Good Friday as well as all that is needful relative to Communion for the sick, the shut-ins and, especially, Viaticum.

For practicality, he should not consecrate a superabundance.

After the Easter vigil, whatever was left over from before is simply restored to the tabernacle from wherever it had been reserved since adoration of the reserved Sacrament ended after the Holy Thursday Mass.

Thanks for the reply. I did remember my teacher mentioning that the priest has to finish it when I went to school 25 years back.
