Thank you so much for the prayers! I made it through the night. I talked to my mom. After a panic attack I was able to calm down and take my meds. It was a rough night, but with your prayers I was able to get through it. Sometimes this illness just gets too tough to deal with. My meds do work, but if I miss taking them, even by and hour, it gets rough. Thank you so much for your kindness and prayers. Y’all can’t imagine how thankful I am for them.

Yes, I know that there are hotlines and such, but I need prayers. I have been thinking about suicide for a few hours now. I have bipolar and a couple more mental illnesses and sometimes it just gets too hard. Your prayers will be appreciated.

Do be ultra vigilant about those meds; you’re a bright, beautiful and blessed young lady; do everything you can to keep your head held high, knowing that God, all the angels and your CAF pals will keep an eye out for you. x

Came back to check on you. I’m glad today is better, even if just by a smidge. ❤️ This illness is difficult. But every time I regain clarity of mind, I’m so grateful that I didn’t act on anything while I was irrational (although at the time it doesn’t feel irrational). May God continue to protect us from ourselves. St. Dymphna please pray for us. :signofcross:

I will pray for you. God walks with us every step of the way. We might not feel His presence but He is always there. Here is my favorite prayer to say when all seems hopeless.

O sacred heart of Jesus, I place my trust in thee,
Whatever may befall me, Lord, though dark the hour may be;
In all my woes, in all my joys, though nought but grief I see,
O sacred heart of Jesus, I place my trust in thee.

When those I loved have passed away, and I am sore distressed,

Everyday you live is a beautiful gift from God. The fact He has you here is for a reason. I have a LD and many I feel inadequate dumb or stupid even though I’m in college. Consequently I don’t talk to other students as much. I think it’s a thought the devil puts in our heads to cause anxiety. Anxiety is the devil’s most powerful weapon, because it causes us to loose inner peace. Offer your heart to Him, and asked to be bathed in His most Sacred Heart. Ask to be etched in it with a burning zeal for His name and to never loose your inner peace. Pray the Consecration of the Sacred Heart
