Contemplative / enclosed orders

Hi, I’m new here.

I’ve been advised by a priest to find a spiritual director who is a contemplative religious. Ideally, I think I’d like to find one in an enclosed order if this is possible.

I know of a few enclosed contemplative orders in the area (not too close to me, unfortunately), but I’d love to have a comprehensive list of who is contemplative and who is both contemplative and enclosed.

I have a copy of the local Catholic Directory. Is there any list anywhere of which orders are contemplative and/or enclosed so that I can go through the local list and work it out? Or is it a matter of guessing and/or doublechecking with every order on the list?
