Continued Prayers for the Mentally and Emotionally Ill

close relationship with Our Lord. At age 4 I was raped and was very emotionally scarred
by it. But a priest, Father Lyons, has been working with me individually since my return.
Memories of this event no longer haunt me daily along with extreme breakdowns. But I
am puzzled as to why I don’t seem to develope a deep relationship with Our Lord.

I am 51 and was severely bipolar, though I have now received much healing from the Holy Spirit. If you want my support or to share ideas you are welcome to PM me if you want, or contact me via AIM. Lord, please help Lorraine continue to find the healing from a lifetime of emotional damage. Please bring your loving touch so that she may find true peace that comes from You.

Dear Lorraine you will be especially in my prayers and may Our Blessed Lord help you and guide you.I am so sorry for your suffering.Pray to Him talk to Him throughout your day Lorraine,you will gradually build a relationship.It takes time just like any other relationship and it will come.Even though we might not always understand everything about our faith,pray trust God,He will be listening.God bless you.

Alan I too am sorry for your suffering also and God bless you for your faith and kindness to others.

Grant that, through the prayers of this youthful martyr of purity, those who suffer from nervous and mental illness everywhere on earth may be helped and consoled. .
