As a convert myself, I was overjoyed to find the answers I had been seeking all my life in the Church.
I was blessed to have the Missionaries of Charity as my instructors in the Faith
Yes I did feel a little uneasy on some initial points, but trusting in Christ and his Church, I prayed and my doubts disappeared.
I found it very helpful to have strong Catholic friends around me who would also help me understand some things, however there are some mysteries we cannot understand as we are men not angels therefore we cannot see the whole picture. By this I mean mysteries like the concept of the Trinity.
I suggest one prays for help in the issues you are grappling with
I also found it useful to accept Obedience to the Church a great aid in my learning and understanding
