As a former southern baptist, we probably practiced the Lords Supper about 4 times a year at the most. Because we had a tradtion that we could not drink wine, we had grape juice instead, because this was symbolic I enjoyed the grape juice and crackers in church, there was not much thought process on my part because I was always taught this should not be a central point of our worship.
As a Catholic today this is the heart and soul of my faith. Its hard for me to go back to protestant weddings and such and although there might be a few great speakers around the protestant communities this is not a worship time towards God but really a really nice christian style country club community.
